The highlight of Noritake's exhibition was the introduction of a groundbreaking bioprocessing solution: the Column-Less continuous purification system, which revolutionizes the manufacturing methods of biopharmaceuticals. This Column-Less continuous purification system innovates the traditional clarification process, reducing equipment costs, installation space, and operation time while meeting the increasing demand for high-quality therapeutics.
The Column-Less continuous purification system uses our static mixers and cyclone separators. It mixes the culture broth, which contains antibodies, with the affinity resin in the static mixers. The cyclone separators then separate the resin and liquid. This system processes the entire flow from antibody capturing to resin regeneration without the need for column chromatography, allowing for continuous purification.
Noritake has harnessed these devices to achieve continuous manufacturing and energy savings, thereby solving a variety of customer problems. These innovative products address key challenges such as process intensification, time efficiency, and purification faced by biopharmaceutical manufacturers. They streamline the bioprocess workflow, enabling higher levels of success.
